Finding Homes “Fur” Everyone Written by Jennifer Halbert @robinalexanderphotography A few weeks ago I visited   Golden West Moving   and I was “moved” when I met their General Manager,   Rachel Lefler . As I entered the front door I was greeted by Rachel’s adorable dog named Pear. The Mini French Bulldog scooted over and welcomed me with the most upbeat, I-can-do-anything attitude. It seemed as if Pear had been working there with her mother for years. I learned later that Rachel had just adopted Pear a few weeks ago. I thought what a noble thing to do. As if it isn’t enough to go to a shelter and take on the responsibility of adopting an animal. Rachel had taken on the responsibility of a dog that was paralyzed from the waste down.
